A creature which hardly needs any introduction, most people will be familiar with it in some form or the other. Whether through movies or perhaps through books.
As you will hopefully understand, the nature of the length and sheer amount of information on this creature of myth limits me to a somewhat brief, if not pocket size version of its’ story.
Borne of the Greek word meaning “round eye” and interestingly enough, the cities of old that appear to have been built by precise human hands have been said to be built by cyclops. or cyclopses’ cyclopsi. I don’t know. The name attributed to these buildings often consisting of blocks not squared, are “Cyclopean”.
